Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Plain English, no surprises.
What we collect
This site has one place where you give us information: the contact form. It asks for your name, email address, organization (optional), what you are interested in (optional), and your message. We receive only what you type into those fields. Please leave passwords, keys, and sensitive system details out of your message.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check. To run it, Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser and your IP address. We use the result only to decide whether a submission is genuine.
The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies and is not used to follow you across other sites. Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
How inquiries are handled
- When you submit the form, the inquiry is emailed to Filip Pantovich using Resend, an email delivery service.
- The inquiry is also recorded in Faithful Oversight's private, access-controlled business portal so it can be tracked and answered.
- An automatic thank-you email, with a link to a short pre-call questionnaire, may be sent to the address you provided. It is sent once per email address.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, manage it, and carry out any engagement that follows. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for marketing.
The service providers named above (Cloudflare and Resend) handle data on our behalf, only as needed to run the site and deliver email.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not become client engagements are deleted 2 years after the last activity.

Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email filip@faithfuloversight.com. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is intended for business visitors and is not directed to children.
Changes and governing location
Faithful Oversight, LLC is based in Illinois, United States. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
